About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brazil. My approach is primarily person-centred and influenced by the work of Carl Rogers and Sigmund Freud, with a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences, emotions, and story.

I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can explore what you are experiencing, develop greater self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
